Holly works especially with entrepreneurs and those with an innovative spirit. She primarily coaches those in the natural products industry and who are small businesses such as: skincare, botanicals, herbalists, gardeners, children's retailers, food and beverage producers, soap and household goods, textiles, culinary, artists and craftspeople. Her coaching is relevant for businesses selling retail, wholesale, in-person, or online.

Holly will guide you in developing goals, questions, and solutions specifically for you. All sessions are customized to your needs. Examples of topics include developing a purpose, vision or story for your brand;

skill-building;

start-up business steps;

money mindset and revenue issues;

FDA compliance;

USDA organic compliance;

self-empowerment;

building a team/onboarding/culture;

product and service development and launch;

retail or wholesale expansion; 

scaling a business;

transitions such as sale of the business or hiring;

and any other challenge that is keeping your business from success.

Holly's Coaching package lasts for 8 sessions, which can be scheduled weekly, every-other-week, or monthly. Most clients find every two weeks is a good length of time to develop a rapport and identify core needs -- and then plan action steps for long-term implementation. Because every business is different and Holly consults on a wide range of challenges, each person's results will differ. Expect to work hard, press your thinking in new directions, and be ready to implement changes for the success of your business.

The first step is to schedule a video call where we assess your business needs. If you or Holly decides not to move forward with coaching, there is no commitment. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule 8 coaching sessions at the intervals of your choice and develop a plan for intensive, customized business consults for you (and a business partner, if applicable).

Holly has 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, launching and selling businesses. Her work includes publishing 8 books in three languages, lecturing internationally, serving as executive director for nonprofits, managing finance and budgets, launching new products and services especially in the natural & organic product industry, and teaching empowerment skills that move a person ahead in their life and business. She has been awarded two Business Owner of the Year Awards and a Nonprofit of the Year Award, nominated on the basis of innovation and financial management.

Holly has experience in retail, wholesale, online products, physical products, shipping and distribution, product development, program management, cash flow forecasting and budgeting, marketing and promotion, course development, directing an online curriculum school, public speaking, team building, authorship and working with publishers, and identifying and developing a business's core purpose & story.

Holly holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration in Environmental Policy, a nonprofit finance certificate (Cornell), a corporate social responsibility (CSR) certificate (London Business School, and an Impact Measurement and Management of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals certificate (Duke University).

Holly's coaching sessions are no-nonsense and practical, helping you gain a solid assessment of your current business needs and reach measurable milestones quickly.
